PETS ARE WELCOME
Dogs and cats are very welcome under the condition that they do not, under any circumstance, stay on the upper floor of the apartment and that they are kept on a leash in the garden. Of course you must always pick up excrements after your pet. Other pets could also be welcome (please contact us first). You should always let us know in advance, if you are planning to bring your pet.
FREE FIBER INTERNET
Fast fiber Internet is available for free. It is not allowed in Sweden to download any material with copyrights or likewise (movies, games and such).
DAMAGES
Our guests are fully responsible for any damage in relation to the use of the apartment and garden during your stay. Minor damages are covered by the deposition. But the compensation is not limited to the deposition in case the repair costs of the damages should exceed the value of the deposition. In this case, you will have to pay the additional costs.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
Since the garden is shared by our guests and our family, mutual respect must be shown by both parts.
One person should be fully responsible for the apartment during the stay. This person has the legal responsibility in case of the very unlikely event of a dispute or something simular and will sign the contractual agreement upon arrival.
